Season 2 CHOICES don't affect (game bug??)

I 've played the first two chapters of season 2 (which enyoied so much). But at the end the chapters, none of my choices were saved. First, when you have to pick between the the glass and the hair decoration I decided to pick the hair decoration(which was the most umpopular one) but then ,a message appeared saying that my destiny was set beacuse of the glass and then ,on next episode the glass appeared in my menu. Also ,at the the end of the 2nd the same happened ,I picked the nurse over the doctor and then a message appeared saying I picked then opposite one. I Hope you guys solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanks for reading
